What is Targetware?
Targetware is designed to enable our players to create the kind of flight sim experiences they desire.

- The Tools to Build Flight Sims -- Targetware's entire system is designed to make it easy for enthusiasts to create their own content. From planes and terrain to flight models and campaign scripts, the Targetware system is user-editable. Did we miss your favorite plane? You can create it, upload it and share it with your fellow players. Want to create an entirely new campaign set in South America, the Middle East or Antarctica? Play on other people's servers, or run your own, with your own rules. The tools are in your hands.
- A Community of Enthusiasts -- Communication with your fellow Targetware flyers is an integral part of Targetware, and not just in the game. Your Targetware account allows to to contribute to this Wiki, our BBS system, and lets you chat in real time with other players. You can form Squadrons, host flight nights, meet exciting new people and blow them out of the sky!
- Not Just One Game -- When you sign up with Targetware, you get unlimited online access to all of the mods that are built for the Targetware environment! They include Target Rabaul, set in the Pacific Theatre of World War 2; Target Tobruk, featuring the North African air battles of the same war; and Richthofen's Skies, simulating WWI aerial combat over France.

How can I become a Targetware beta tester?
Ta da! You're a Targetware beta tester! We are now in Open Beta Testing. When we eventually go pay-to-play, we intend to make beta builds available for unrestricted testing.
How much will Targetware cost?
We have not yet finalized the price of Targetware, but we know that there will be no limitation on hours. An active account will be required to play on any Targetware server. With your account activated, you can play any mods that players contribute to the community. You can play as much as you want and host your own MMP online games.
Is this game going to be a "pay per play"?
You will need to pay to activate your Targetware account, but you will not need to pay by the hour.
The Metaserver Rejected my Login?
Make sure that you have entered your Username and Password in the SETTINGS section of the TW interface. If you have forgotten your password, or have not created an account, please go to https://accounts.targetware.net/
Why can't I use the mouse to play?
Targetware has been designed to require a joystick. Nonetheless, we are investigating enabling mouse flying.
